Associate Test Engineer

• General Understanding of Computer Systems (Hardware, Software, and OS)
  
• Basic understanding of Software Development (e.g. Methods, Processes, Tools, and Lifecycles)
  
• Ability to generate technical documents with guidance (e.g. Test Plans, SRS, Risk Analysis, Reports)
  
• Ability to perform Computer System Testing with guidance

Sr. Test Engineer

• Advanced knowledge of Computer Systems (e.g. Client/Server, Web, e-commerce)
  
• Experience in Software Development environments
  
• Knowledge of latest OO development methodologies and lifecycle approaches
  
• Ability to develop technical documents without supervision (e.g. Test Plans, SRS, Risk Analysis, Reports)
  
• Familiar with Automated Test Engineering Tools
  
• Large Scale Systems Integration experience desirable
  
• Experience working in a regulated environment desirable
  
• Computer System Certification desirable
  
• Consulting/Contract experience desirable
  
• Experienced in Computer System Test Engineering
  
• Ability to provide guidance to Associate Test Engineers

Network Engineers

• Certification Required (Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, etc.)
  
• Fundamental knowledge of Network topologies
  
• Hands-on development experienced required
  
• Experienced in Routing, Protocols, and Diagnostics
  
• Experienced with Monitoring and Performance Tools
  
• Ability to perform Network Health assessments
  
• Data Center Operations experience desirable
  
• Experience in Windows NT Server, Workstation, and Win2K Environments
  
• Experience with Unix desirable
  
• Security experience desirable
  
• Database knowledge desirable

Software Engineers

• Certification desired (Microsoft, Oracle, Sybase, Informix)
• Experience in OO SDLC
• Experience with the following (MS Access, VBA, Visual Basic, C++)
• Experience in Windows NT Server, Workstation, and Win2K Environments
  
• Experience with Unix desirable
  
• Experience with Software Development Tools (CM, RM, Testing)
  
• Familiar with Package Implementations
  
• Experience in Systems Integration
  
• Ability to generate technical documents without guidance

Program/Project Managers

• Familiar with Program or PM methodologies
  
• Experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution
  
• Experience in leading teams of Engineers
  
• Experience in Client Relationship Management
  
• Successfully managed at least one $100K Engagement
  
• Responsible for generation of at least $100K in AI.
  
• Ability to run multi-site program/project management activities

Documentation Specialists

• Proficient in using MS Office
  
• Experience in Adobe Suite of Paperless Office Products
  
• Experienced in Document Management Systems
  
• Familiarity with Document Imaging Systems
  
• Ability to Develop and perform Training for Corporate clients.
